According to Daft.ie, there are three properties in South Dublin priced at a staggering €15k monthly.

Two of the properties in question can be found in one of the most sought-after locations in the city – Ballsbridge in Dublin 4.

This property on Ailesbery Road in Ballbridge boasts six bedrooms (five doubles and one single) and six bathrooms.

The move in date for the expensive location is immediately and the lease is for a minimum of 1 year, meaning you would be forking out a whopping €180,000 if you stayed for that length of time.

The property, which is being rented by real estate agents Knight Frank, features a ‘bespoke hand painted kitchen’ and an impeccable landscaped garden.

After being put up on Daft.ie on Wednesday, the property has already been viewed on the site over 540 times.

The red brick Victorian house has been recently refurbished, with a modern kitchen and bedrooms.

Approx. 5,349 sq.ft in size, the property has a view of the Dublin mountains in the rear of the south facing garden.
